Glenfiddich Winter Storm (Batch No 2)

Part of the Experimental series by Glenfiddich, their Malt Master Brian Kinsman travelled to Canada to meet a renowned winemaker in Niagara. He learned that the grapes had to be picked at night at -10˚C to make sure it produced that super-sweet Icewine. On return he put several aged whiskies into Icewine casks and found only the whiskies aged 21 years or more could handle the sweetness.
