Kilchoman PX Sherry Matured 2021

This is the Islay distillerie's first ever release utilizing Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This dark, rich, full bodied whisky displays slightly sweeter notes than usual due to the PX casks and displays an excellent balance with the heavily peated spirit.

The whisky is a marriage of 33 casks, 9 fully matured in Pedro Ximénez casks and 24 finished in PX casks for between 12 and 18 months. This particular release is limited to just 12,000 bottles worldwide
