The second release from the crowdfunded Glenwyvis distillery has been matured for three years on-site, using a careful selection of especially active casks.
MATURED IN 60% first Fill Tennessee Whiskey 25% First Fill Oloroso 15% Refill Whisky
Nose: Soft white grapes, giving way to a jammy sweetness. Palate: Vanilla fudge, sherbet fizz, pear drops. Finish: Initial dark chocolate with lingering summer berry.
