Uncharted Linkwood 13 Years 'Peaches'

The Uncharted Whisky Company, established in 2020 have quickly cemented themselves as one of the best bang for buck Indy bottlers out there. Linkwood, a Speyside legend, has always been known for its distinctive flavour profile. Bursting with tart green apples, peppery spice and a clean oily finish. This bottling from Uncharted is quite special indeed! Bottled as ‘Peaches’ it certainly lives up to the name as the syrupy, stone fruited sweetness leaps out of the glass with every nose. The palate is thick, heavy and full of stewed fruits bursting with cinnamon and ginger. Matured in a Red wine barrique for 13 years it is bottled at 50%, free from chill-filtration and additional colouring.
